ParkerThompsonRacing.com had a problem. They were using a GoDadddy “website tonight” and it was costing too much money, and offered very little control. RDS captured their existing content from the Go Daddy website and built a new version on the WordPress CMS platform, allowing them to update the site on their own.

We’re pleased to announced that Rational Design Studio is now managing the websites of drummer Jay Schellen. Jay has a professional recording and touring career stretching back to the early 1980′s including work with artists such as BadFinger, Hurricane, Unruly Child, ASIA, Chris Squire (Yes), Tony Kaye (Yes), Billy Sherwood (Yes), CIRCA:, Conspiracy and ASIA Featuring John Payne.

Besides a long and varied rock drumming career, Jay also teaches, having published a drum instruction book and also has recording studio.

We’ve been working on a series of print ads for SpeedFactory, a builder of premium, late model muscle cars, primarily on the Dodge platform. Full and half page ads were run in several automotive magazines including Autoweek, DuPont Registry, Mopar Muscle and Mopar Collector’s Guide. Although SpeedFactory has been running print advertising with another agency for over a year, these “Meet the New Boss” ads generated the most calls and business prospects they had seen.
